వీటివలన కన్నుకు సంబంధించిన అమీబిక్ కెరటైటిస్ (Amoebic Keratitis), మెదడుకు అమీబిక్ ఎన్సెఫలైటిస్ (Amoebic Encephalitis) అనే వ్యాధులు వస్తాయి.[1]
