This is a tribute paid by Shri Bapu (a well known cartoonist and cine Director in Telugu) to fellow Cartoonist Shri Babu who is also well known in the entire Telugu speaking areas in the world. Telugu is a language spoken by more than ten crore people in INdia alone.

Usually when one celebrity expresses his opinion about his opinion about other celebrity, such comment is reproduced in text in wiki articles. Here one celebrity expressed his opinion in the form of a cartoon and hence reproducing the same I feel shall not violate anything and so I selected the appropriate license.
