We, the editors of Hinduism Today, have decided to release all of the high-resolution images from What Is Hinduism? that we have rights to. There are over 500 images, both art and photographs, in this library. You are free to download them and use them in print publications, digital presentations, websites or however you would like. The only thing you can't do with them is sell them or rights to use them . The images are categorized below by the chapter of the book they appear in. Click on a chapter number to see thumbnails of the available images from that chapter, then click on a thumbnail for more information and to access the high-resolution download link. If you are looking for an image from the book and do not see it here, it is an image that Hinduism Today does not own the rights to. To pursue obtaining the rights to use the image, e-mail imagerights@hindu.org.

I(కాసుబాబు) downloaded the picture from their website, compressed it & then uploaded to Wiki. I have also informed my intention to use these pictures in Telugu Wiki, while signing the guest book in their website.

If not “Public Domain”, this comes at least under fair use criteria. I appreciate “Hinduism Today” and “Himalayan Academy” for their excellent works and also for their decision to release the rights.
