గుంటూరు-మాచర్ల రైలు మార్గము: కూర్పుల మధ్య తేడాలు

The '''Guntur-Macherla section''' is on Repalle-Bibinagar branch line. It belongs to [[South Central Railway]] of Guntur division.

 

The Guntur-Macherla section was opened in 1930.<ref>{{cite web|url= http://scrailways.blogspot.in/2012/01/time-line-and-milestones-of-events-scr.html?m=1 |title= Mile stones in SCR}}</ref> It was a Metre gauge line earlier. Later it was to converted Broad gauge. This line was used during the construction of [[Nagarjuna Sagar Dam]].

 

This route starts from [[Guntur Junction railway station|Guntur]] which passes through Nallapadu,Piduguralla,Satennapalle and Nadikudi.This them Section joins [[Nadikudi-Bibinagar section]].
