నల్లేరు: కూర్పుల మధ్య తేడాలు

నల్లేరు భారతీయ సాంప్రదాయ వైద్యంలో ఉపయోగించబడుతున్నది. నల్లేరును ఆయుర్వేద వైద్యంలో విరిగిన ఎముకలు త్వరగా కట్టుకోవడానికి, <!-- injured ligaments and tendons. --> ఉపయోగిస్తారు. దగ్గు, కోరింత దగ్గు, శ్లేష్మము తగ్గటానికి నల్లేరును రొట్టె , [[తేనె]], వడియాలలో కలిపి వాడుతారు. సిద్ధ వైద్య విధానంలో నల్లేరు <!-- it is considered a tonic and [[analgesic]], and --> విరిగిన ఎముకలను తిరిగి అతికించడానికి ఉపయోగించబడుతుంది, అందుకే దీనికి ''అస్థిసంహారక'' (ఎముకలను రక్షించేది) అనే పేరువచ్చింది.
