భారతరత్న: కూర్పుల మధ్య తేడాలు

[[1992]], [[జనవరి 23]]వ తేదీన రాష్ట్రపతి కార్యదర్శి కార్యాలయం నుండి [[సుభాష్ చంద్రబోస్|సుభాష్ చంద్రబోస్‌]]కు మరణానంతరం భారతరత్న పురస్కారం ప్రకటిస్తున్నట్లు ఒక పత్రికా ప్రకటన వెలువడింది. ఇది తీవ్ర విమర్శలకు దారితీసింది. కలకత్తా హైకోర్టులో ఈ పురస్కారాన్ని ఉపసంహరించుకోవాలని ఒక ప్రజా ప్రయోజన వ్యాజ్యం దాఖలయ్యింది.{{sfn|Basu|2010|p=132}} [[1945]], [[ఆగష్టు 18]] నాడు సుభాష్ చంద్రబోస్ మరణించాడనే విషయాన్ని భారతప్రభుత్వం ఇంతవరకూ అధికారికంగా అంగీకరించలేదని అలాంటి సమయంలో అతనికి మరణానంతర పురస్కారం ఎలా ఇస్తారని ఫిర్యాది ప్రశ్నించాడు. సుభాస్ చంద్రబోస్ ఆచూకీని షానవాజ్ కమిటీ(1956), ఖోస్లా కమీషన్(1970) నివేదికల ఆధారంగా కనిపెట్టాలని ఫిర్యాది తన వ్యాజ్యంలో అభ్యర్థించాడు. సుభాష్ చంద్రబోస్ కుటుంబీకులు ఈ పురస్కారాన్ని స్వీకరించడానికి విముఖత వ్యక్తం చేశారు.<ref name="bosesci">{{cite web|url=http://judis.nic.in/supremecourt/imgst.aspx?filename=19960|title=Union of India Vs. On 4 August 1997, the Supreme Court delivered an order that since the award had not been officially conferred, it cannot be revoked and declared that the press communiqué be treated as cancelled.
