According to [[phab:P7840]] there's at least one gadget using this function on your wiki, but it is likely it won't cause much of a problem anyway. We don't see this function being used much and this message is mainly to be on the safe side. There's a [[mw:ResourceLoader/Migration guide (users)#mw.util.jsMessage|migration guide]] that explains how to use <code>mw.notify</code> instead.
