రాజా రెడ్డిగారు [[1943]], [[అక్టోబర్ 6]] న [[ఆదిలాబాద్]] జిల్లా [[నర్సాపూర్]] గ్రామంలో సామాన్య [[వ్యవసాయం|వ్యవసాయ]] [[కుటుంబము|కుటుంబం]]<nowiki/>లో జన్మించారు. రాధారెడ్డి [[1952]], [[ఫిబ్రవరి 15]] న జన్మించారు. వీరిది బాల్య [[పెళ్ళి|వివాహం]]. వీరువురు [[వేదాంతం ప్రహ్లాదశర్మ]] గారి దగ్గర శిష్యరికం చేసారు.
