శాసనసభ: కూర్పుల మధ్య తేడాలు

 

* [[అవిశ్వాస తీర్మానం|రాష్ట్రంలో ప్రభుత్వంపై అవిశ్వాస తీర్మానాన్ని]] రాష్ట్ర శాసనసభలో మాత్రమే ప్రవేశపెడతారు. ఇది మెజారిటీ ఓటుతో ఆమోదం పొందినట్లయితే, [[ముఖ్యమంత్రి]] ఆమె/అతని మంత్రిమండలి సమిష్టిగా రాజీనామా చేయాలి.

* సాధారణ బిల్లులకు సంబంధించిన విషయాలలో, రాష్ట్ర శాసనసభ అభీష్టం ప్రబలంగా ఉంటుంది. [[ఉమ్మడి సెషన్|ఉమ్మడి సిట్టింగ్‌కు]] ఎటువంటి నిబంధన లేదు. అటువంటి సందర్భాలలో, రాష్ట్ర శాసన మండలి చట్టాన్ని గరిష్టంగా 4 నెలలు ఆలస్యం చేయవచ్చు (మొదటి సందర్శనలో 3 నెలలు, బిల్లు రెండవ సందర్శనలో 1 నెల).
