'''Mullapudi Venkata Ramana''' (born [[1931]]) is a [[Telugu people|Telugu]] story writer. He is especially known for his hilarious style of writing. He also created a child character called [[Budugu]].
Mullapudi is also the dialogue, story and screenplay writer for many of the movies that came as a Bapu-Ramana combination. He contributed the writing part for Saakshi (first movie of Bapu-Ramana), Panchadaara Chilaka, Mutyala Muggu, Goranta Deepam, Manavuri Paandavulu, Rajadhi Raju, Pelli Pustakam, Mr. Pellam and Radha Gopalam. He is versatile in penning both heart-touching and rib-tickling dialogues.
