రాజా లక్ష్మీ ఫౌండేషన్ "రాజా లక్ష్మీ సాహిత్య అవార్డు" ( (1987-1999) మరియు "గురువును గుర్తించండి" ("Recognise the Teacher") అవార్డును కూడా పా్రాంభించింది. కొన్ని ప్రత్యేక అవార్డులు కూడా ఉన్నాయి. ప్రస్తుతం "రాజా-లక్ష్మీ అవార్డు", "లక్ష్మీ-రాజా వైదిక అవార్డు" (1994 నుండి) ఇస్తున్నారు. ఈ అవార్డులను శ్రీమతి మహాలక్ష్మీ రాజా పుట్టినరోజు అయిన ఆగష్టు 15న ప్రకటిస్తారు. రమణయ్య రాజా పుట్టినరోజు అయిన నవంబరు 19న బహూకరిస్తారు. చెన్నై [[ఐ.ఐ.టి.]] M.Sc. Chemistryలో ఉత్తమ విద్యార్ధికి రత్నారావు స్మారక బహుమతిని ఇస్తున్నారు. ప్రతి యేటా మార్చి 13న మహాలక్ష్మీరాజా స్మారక ఉపన్యాస సభను నిర్వహిస్తున్నారు.
The Foundation also instituted awards such as the Raja-Lakshmi Literary Award (1987-1999) and "Recognise the Teacher" Award. Special awards have also been announced on a one-off basis. Presently the Awards being given are 'Raja-Lakshmi Award' and the 'Lakshmi-Raja Vaidika Puraskar'. '''Lakshmi-Raja Vaidika Puraskar''' was instituted in the year 1994 coinciding with the 60th birthday of Smt. Mahalakshmi Raja, founder trustee of the Foundation. The Award honours Vedic scholars, and consists of a Citation, a plaque and a cash prize of Rs.25,000/-.
2008 సంవత్సరానికి గాను రాజా లక్ష్మీ అవార్డు [[కోనేరు హంపి]]కి, [[ఆచంట శరత్ కమల్]]కు క్రీడారంగంలో వాఱి ప్రతిభకు గుర్తింపుగా ప్రకటించారు. క్రీడా రంగంలో ఫౌండేషన్ నుండి ఇది మొదటి అవార్డు.
These Awards are announced on August 15th (birthday of Late Smt. Mahalakshmi Raja) of every year and presented at a function on November 19th (birthday of Sri Ramaniah Raja) in the same year.

The 30th Annual Raja-Lakshmi Award has been announced on August 15 2008 for '''[[Koneru Humpy]]''' and '''[[Achanta Sharath Kamal]]''' for their exemplary achievements in the field of sports. This is the 1st Award announced in the field of Sports.
