రాయప్రోలు వారి తృణకంకణమునకు కట్టమంచి రామలింగారెడ్డి వ్రాసిన సందేశము:
MAHARAJA'S COLLEGE, Mysore. 26th May 1916.
Though I have not known Mr. Rayaprolu Subbarao personally, I have been in touch with him by correspondence, common friends, and above all, his own splendid writings in prose and verse. He holds a high rank amongst modern Telugu Poets, and I think he is almost entitled to be acclaimed as the founder of a new school of poetry which is bound to mark a new epoch in the development of the Andhra literature. His imaginative gifts are of a high order and his power of phrase is remarkable, almost unique. He wIl bring name and fame to any institution with which he may be connected. And I, therefore, confidently recommend him as a man of genius who has every title to the admiration and encouragement of the Telugu people.
