చుక్కా రామయ్య ఐ.ఐ.టి రామయ్యగా అందరికీ సుపరిచితులు. ఈయన 20 నవంబర్ 1925 లో జన్మించారు. ఆయన స్వస్థలం వరంగల్ జిల్లా, గూడూరు గ్రామం. తల్లిదండ్రుల పేర్లు నరసమ్మ, అనంత రామయ్య. తండ్రి రామయ్య పద్నాలుగేళ్ళ వయసులో ఉండగా మరణించాడు. ఈయన ఐఐటి కోచింగ్ లో ప్రసిద్దులు. నల్లకుంటలో
