జాతీయ రహదారి 65 (ఆంగ్లం: National Highway 65) (పాత సంఖ్య:జాతీయ రహదారి 9) భారతదేశంలోని ప్రధానమైన రహదారి. ఇది మహారాష్ట్రలోని పూణే పట్టణాన్ని, ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్లోని మచిలీపట్నం పట్టణాన్ని కలుపుతుంది.[1] ఈ రహదారి సంఖ్య జాతీయ రహదారి 9 నుండి 65 గా మార్చబడింది.[2]
