పూజా హెగ్డే (జననం: అక్టోబరు 13, 1990) ఒక భారతీయ మోడల్, నటి. పూజ 2010 లో విశ్వసుందరి పోటీలకు భారతదేశం నుంచి ఎంపిక కోసం జరిగిన అందాల పోటీల్లో రెండో స్థానం లో నిలిచింది. దీని తరువాత 2012 లో తమిళ సూపర్ హీరో సినిమా ముగమూడి అనే సినిమాలో అవకాశం వచ్చింది.[3]ఈమె 2014 లో ముకుంద సినిమా ద్వారా తెలుగు తెరకు పరిచయం అయింది. తరువాత ఒక లైలా కోసం సినిమాలో నటించింది. 2016 లో అశుతోష్ గోవారికర్ దర్శకత్వంలో వచ్చిన మొహంజదారో సినిమాలో నటించింది.ప్రస్తుతం పూజ రాధేశ్యామ్‌‌ చిత్రం లో నటిస్తుంది.[4]

పూజ తల్లిదండ్రులు మంజునాథ్ హెగ్డే, లతా హెగ్డే లది కర్ణాటక లోని మంగుళూరు కానీ ఆమె ముంబై లో పుట్టి పెరిగింది. ఆమె తన మాతృ భాషయైన తుళు తో పాటు, కన్నడ, హిందీ, ఇంగ్లీషు భాషల్లో మాట్లాడగలదు.[5] ఆమె కాలేజీలో చదివేటపుడు తల్లి నిర్వహిస్తున్న నెట్వర్క్ మానిటరింగ్ వ్యాపార వ్యవహారాలు చూసుకోవడంలో సహాయపడుతుండేది. దాంతో ఆమెకు నెట్వర్కింగ్ నైపుణ్యం అలవడింది. అప్పుడే ఇంటర్ కాలేజీ ఫ్యాషన్ పోటీల్లో, డ్యాన్స్ పోటీల్లో పాల్గొనేది.[6]
