ధ్యాన స్పృహ స్థితి

సమాధి స్థితి అంటే ఒక అత్యున్నత ఆధ్యాత్మిక అనుభూతి. హిందూ, బౌద్ధ, జైన, సిక్కు మతాల్లో, కొన్ని యోగా సాంప్రదాయాల్లో దీనిని ధ్యానంలో ఒక అత్యున్నత స్థితిగా భావిస్తారు. ఈ స్థితిలో సాధకుడు అదో రకమైన పారవశ్యంలోనికి అచేతనావస్థ లోనికి వెళ్ళిపోతాడు. ఆ స్థితిలో మనస్సు స్థిరంగా నిలిచిపోతుంది. అది ఒకే విషయం మీద కేంద్రీకరించబడి ఉంటుంది. భారతీయ సాంప్రదాయంలో ఎవరైనా ఆధ్యాత్మిక ఉన్నతిని సాధించిన వారు పరమపదిస్తే వారిని సమాధి చెందారు అనడం పరిపాటి. అలాగే మనిషి భౌతిక కాయాన్ని ఖననం లేదా దహనం చేసిన చోట నిర్మించిన స్మారక చిహ్నాన్ని సమాధి అని వ్యవహరిస్తుంటారు.

  • పతంజలి యోగ సూత్రాల్లోని అష్టాంగ మార్గంలో సమాధి ప్రధానమైన అంశం. ఇది బౌద్ధమతంలోని ధ్యానానికి దగ్గరగా ఉంటుంది. [1]
  • డేవిడ్ గోర్డాన్ వైట్ ప్రకారం యోగ సూత్రాల్లో వాడిన సంస్కృత భాష, ప్రాచీన హిందూ పురాణాల్లో వాడిన భాష కంటే, బౌద్ధ గ్రంథాల్లో వాడిన సంస్కృత భాషకు దగ్గరగా ఉంది. [2]

పతంజలి యోగా అనేది బౌద్ధం లేకుండా ఊహించడం అసాధ్యం. పదజాలం కూడా బౌద్ధ గ్రంథాలైన సర్వస్థితివాదం, అభిధర్మం, సౌత్రాంతిక లని పోలిఉంటుంది.[3]

రాబర్ట్ థర్మన్ ప్రకారం బౌద్ధుల సన్యాస ధర్మాలు బాగా ప్రాచుర్యం పొందడం గమనించిన పతంజలి హిందూ సాంప్రదాయాన్ని అనుసరించి తిరగరాసి ఉండవచ్చు.[4] కానీ యోగసూత్రాల్లోని నాలుగో విభాగమైన కైవల్యపదం మాత్రం వాసుబంధుడు ప్రతిపాదించిన విజ్ఞానవాద సంప్రదాయాన్ని విమర్శిస్తూ కొన్ని శ్లోకాలు ఉన్నాయి.[5]

రకాలు మార్చు

సవికల్ప సమాధి స్థితి అంటే భేదంతో కూడుకున్న సమాధి స్థితి. ఈ స్థితిలో భక్తుడి చైతన్యం విశ్వాత్మలో విలీనం అవుతుంది. అతని ప్రాణశక్తిని శరీరం నుంచి లాగేసినట్లు అవుతుంది. అప్పుడా శరీరం కదలిక లేకుండా నిశ్చలంగా ఉంటుంది. ఈ స్థితిలో తాను చైతన్యం స్తంభించిన శారీరక స్థితిలో ఉన్నట్టు యోగి పూర్తిగా స్పృహలో ఉంటాడు. ఉన్నత స్థితులకు (నిర్వికల్ప సమాధి)కి పురోగమిస్తున్న కొద్దీ యోగి శారీరక నిశ్చలత లేకుండానే మామూలు జాగ్రదవస్థలోనూ లౌకిక వ్యవహారాల మధ్యలో ఉన్నా దైవానుసంధానం కావించగలడు.[6]
