జ్ఞానేష్ కుమార్ (జననం 27 జనవరి 1964) 1988-బ్యాచ్ కి చెందిన అధికారి. [1] రిటైర్డ్ ఐఏఎస్ అధికారి, జ్ఞానేశ్ కుమార్ కేరళ కేడర్‌కు చెందిన వారు. జ్ఞానేష్ కుమార్ 2024 మార్చి 21న భారతదేశ సహకార కార్యదర్శిగా పదవీ విరమణ పొందారు. 2024 మార్చి 14న జ్ఞానేష్ కుమార్ భారత ఎన్నికల కమిషనర్‌గా నియమితులయ్యారు. [2] [3]

జ్ఞానేష్ కుమార్ భారతదేశంలోని ఉత్తరప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్రంలోని ఆగ్రా జిల్లాలో 1964 జనవరి 27న జన్మించాడు.[4] జ్ఞానేష్ కుమార్ ఐఐటి కాన్పూర్ [5] నుండి సివిల్ ఇంజనీరింగ్‌లో తన బ్యాచిలర్ ఆఫ్ టెక్నాలజీ పూర్తి చేసాడు , ఇండియాలో బిజినెస్ ఫైనాన్స్ హెచ్ఐడి, హార్వర్డ్ యూనివర్సిటీ, యుఎస్ లో ఎన్విరాన్‌మెంటల్ ఎకనామిక్స్ చదివాడు. వృత్తిజీవితం మార్చు
జ్ఞానేష్ కుమార్ గతంలో కేంద్రంలో పార్లమెంటరీ వ్యవహారాల కార్యదర్శిగా పనిచేశారు హోం మంత్రిత్వ శాఖలో అదనపు కార్యదర్శిగా కూడా పనిచేశారు.[7] జ్ఞానేష్ కుమార్ తన పదవీ కాలంలో అనేక సహకార సంస్థలను ఏర్పాటు చేశాడు, సహకార మంత్రిత్వ శాఖ [8] మల్టీ-స్టేట్ కోఆపరేటివ్ సొసైటీస్ (ఎమ్మెస్సీ ఎస్) (సవరణ) చట్టం, 2023,[9] మూడు కొత్త జాతీయ సహకార సంస్థలు ఏర్పాటు చేశాడు. భారతీయ బీజ్ సహకారి సమితి లిమిటెడ్ (బి బి ఎస్ ఎస్ ఎల్) నేషనల్ కోఆపరేటివ్ ఆర్గానిక్స్ లిమిటెడ్ (ఎన్ సి ఓ ఎల్), నేషనల్ కోఆపరేటివ్ ఎక్స్‌పోర్ట్ లిమిటెడ్ (ఎన్సీఈఎల్) లాంటి సహకార సంస్థలను భారతదేశంలో ఏర్పాటు చేశాడు. జ్ఞానేష్ కుమార్ యుపిఎ ప్రభుత్వ హయాంలో 2007 నుండి 2012 వరకు రక్షణ మంత్రిత్వ శాఖలో జాయింట్ సెక్రటరీ (రక్షణ శాఖ కార్యదర్శి)గా పనిచేశారు. [11]
