ఆమె జీ టీవీలో రాజా బుందేలా దర్శకత్వం వహించిన ముఝే చాంద్ చాహియే అనే టెలివిజన్ ధారావాహికతో తన అరంగేట్రం చేసింది. ఆ తరువాత మోడలింగ్ రంగంలోనూ, చిత్రసీమలోనూ అడుగుపెట్టింది.
ఆమె జీ టీవీలో రిష్తే అనే మినిసిరీస్ ఎపిసోడ్‌లలో, సౌఘత్, తుమ్ బిన్ లలో నటించింది. ఆమె నాటకరంగంలో కూడా రాణించింది.[3]
ఆమె 1992 సంవత్సరంలో కృపా క్రియేషన్స్ - విమల్ ఎన్. ఉపాధ్యాయ ప్రచురించిన ఫ్యాషన్ కేటలాగ్‌లో మోడలింగ్ అసైన్‌మెంట్ చేసింది. ఈ కేటలాగ్ అదే ఎడిషన్‌లో, ఆమెతో పాటు ఐశ్వర్య రాయ్, సోనాలి బింద్రే, నికి అనెజా తదితరులు ఉన్నారు.[4]
ఆమె పాంచ్ (2003), అగ్లీ (2013) హిందీ చిత్రాలలో తన నటనకు ప్రసిద్ధిచెందింది.[5][6][7][8][9]
వ్యక్తిగత జీవితం మార్చు
ఆమె ముంబైలో కొల్హాపూర్‌కు చెందిన మరాఠీ కుటుంబంలో జన్మించింది.[10] ఆమె తండ్రి పండరీనాథ్ కొల్హాపురే శాస్త్రీయ గాయకుడు.[11] ఆమె శక్తి కపూర్ భార్య శివంగి కొల్హాపురే, పద్మిని కొల్హాపురే లకు సోదరి. అలాగే శ్రద్ధా కపూర్‌కి ఆమె పిన్ని.
ఆమె గాయని లతా మంగేష్కర్‌కి మేనకోడలు, ఆమె నాన్నమ్మ లత తండ్రి అయిన దీనానాథ్ మంగేష్కర్‌కి సవతి సోదరి.[12] ఆమె తల్లి మంగళూరు వాసి నిరుపమ ప్రభు ఆమె కుటుంబం మంగళూరుకు చెందినది. ఆమె ఎయిర్‌లైన్స్‌లో ఉద్యోగం చేసింది.[13]
తేజస్విని కొల్హాపురే పంకజ్ సరస్వత్ ని వివాహం చేసుకుంది. వీరికి 2015లో ఒక కుమార్తె జన్మించింది.[14]
