జీవిత విశేషాలు మార్చు
ఆయన 1939 లో గుంటూరు-విజయవాడ ప్రాంతంలో జన్మించారు.[1] 1998 లో భారతదేశ జాతీయ అకాడమీ ఆఫ్ సైన్సెస్ నుండి ఫెలోషిప్ పొందారు.[2] ఆయనకు 2001లో భారత ప్రభుత్వం పద్మశ్రీ పురస్కారాన్నందించింది.[3] రెండు సంవత్సరాల తరువాత, ఆయన 2003లో ఇండియన్ సొసైటీ ఆఫ్ రిమోట్ సెన్సింగ్ నుండి భాస్కర అవార్డు పొందారు.[4]
