మార్చుఅబిగైల్ జైన్ ముంబైలో జన్మించింది. ఆమె 9ఎక్స్ లో క్యా దిల్ మే హై అనే ధారావాహిక కాకూన్ లో ప్రధాన పాత్రను పోషించింది.[2] ఆమె ఎన్డిటివి ఇమాజిన్ 9ఎక్స్ లో కౌన్ జీతేజ్ బాలీవుడ్ కా టికెట్, నాచ్లే వే విత్ సరోజ్ ఖాన్ వంటి డ్యాన్స్ రియాలిటీ షోలలో పోటీదారుగా ఉంది.[3] ఆ తరువాత, ఆమె హమ్సే హై లైఫ్ లో సియా ధిల్లాన్ పాత్రను పోషించింది.
జిందగి విన్స్ ఆన్ బిందాస్ అనే ధారావాహికలో డాక్టర్ ఆలియాగా ప్రధాన పాత్ర పోషించింది. ఆమె తన భాగస్వామి సనమ్ జోహార్ తో కలిసి నాచ్ బలియే 8లో మొదటి రన్నరప్ గా నిలిచింది. ఆమె 2016లో సౌభాగ్యలక్ష్మి, 2018లో సిల్సిలా బాదల్తే రిష్టాన్ కా చిత్రాలలో నటించింది. 2019లో ఆమె శక్తి-అస్తిత్వ కే ఎహ్సాస్ కీ తారాగణంలో కూడా ఉంది.
