చెట్టు తొర్ర అనగా చెట్టు యొక్క మానుకి లేదా కొమ్మకు సహజంగా ఏర్పడిన రంధ్రం. ఇది సగం మూసి ఉన్న ద్వారం వలె ఉంటుంది. బ్రతికి ఉన్న లేక చనిపోయిన గొప్ప చెట్లలోను, వయసు మళ్ళిన చెట్లలోను ఎటువంటి చెట్లలోనైనా ఇటువంటి తొర్రలు వచ్చే అవకాశముంది.
