Up to ten topics can be included in the same tag; i.e. {{rfc|topic 1|topic 2}}.
Please note that transcluding {{rfc}} while also referencing the tag itself by wrapping it in <nowiki></nowiki> could cause the bot to think that both are legitimate uses of the tag. The template must be transcluded as {{rfc}} (in lower-case letters) for the bot to work properly.
