గూడ బాతు
గూడబాతు లేదా గూడకొంగ (Pelican , derived from the Greek word πελεκυς pelekys meaning “axe” and applied to birds that cut wood with their bills or beaks) ఒక రకమైన పెద్ద నీటి పక్షి. దీనికి గొంతు క్రింద పెద్ద సంచి (throat pouch) ఉంటుంది. ఇవి పెలికానిడే (Pelecanidae) కుటుంబానికి చెందినవి.
