Munnelli village is the Panchayat header quarter located around 5 km from the mandal head quarter ( B Kodur ). There are around 200 houses ( which includes BC and SC colonies ) with population of around 1000.This village is connected to Mandal head quarter B.Kodur as well as Porumamilla with Black top road. There is bus facility from Porumamilla twice in a day i.e. in the morning ( at 6 am ) and in the evening ( at 4 pm ). The main revenue for the village is from the agriculture, farmers usually go with the crops Rice, Sunflower, Cotton, Ground nut etc. There are two ancient temples in the village, one is Sri laxmi chennakeava swami temple which is around one kilometer from the village and is located on the banks of Sagileru river and the other is Sri Ankalamma temple located very near to the village. There will be a festival ( called Tirinala locally ) celebrating every year in the month of March, Management will be conducting some Bhajana competition, Cultural activities like Orchestra and Dance. The main attraction to this jatara is 'Sudibandi' and Banda lagudu ( Bullocks will pull the big stone ).
