ఖైరతాబాదు మస్జిద్ క్రీ.శ 1626 లో [[ఖైరునీసా బేగం]] చే నిర్మింపబడినది. ఇది మా సాబెబా ([[సుల్తాన్ మహమ్మద్ కుతుబ్ షా]](1612–1626 AD) కుమార్తె) గా కూడా పిలువబడుతుంది. ఆమె తన గురువు అయిన అఖుండ్ ముల్లా అబ్దుల్ మాలిక్ కోసం నిర్మించింది.
 
ఈ మస్జిద్ కు ఆనుకొని ఖాళీగా ఉన్న గోపుర భవనం కనిపిస్తుంది. ఈ భవనంలో ఏ విధమైన సమాధి లేకుండా ఖాళీగా ఉండటానికి కారణం అఖుండ్ స్వీయ ఖననం కోసం ఈ మందిరాన్ని నిర్మించాడు;

[[Khairunisa Begum]] asked his son-in-law Hazrat [[Hussain Shah Wali]] to construct a palace, a mosque and a tank for the princess. The tank later became famous as [[Hussain Sagar]], built in the northern boundary of [[Khairtabad]].
