Usage

This template expands a name to link to the appropriate tram stop article, without displaying "tram stop".

For example:

{{tram|Mitcham}} expands to [[Mitcham tram stop|Mitcham]].

Discretion should be used on whether to name the place itself or the stop that serves it. In tram articles it is generally preferred to use the stop unless specifically talking about the place, for example that Mitcham serves the district of Mitcham.
