మహారాష్ట్ర రెండవ శాసనసభ కొరకు 1962 మహారాష్ట్ర శాసనసభ ఎన్నికలు జరిగాయి. మొత్తం 264 స్థానాల్లో పోటీ జరిగగా, భారత జాతీయ కాంగ్రెస్ 215 స్థానాలను గెలుచుకుంది.[1]
