ప్రారంభ జీవితం, విద్య మార్చు

సింగ్ అస్సాంలో జన్మించింది[2], భారతదేశంలోని అస్సాంలోని గౌహతికి ఆరు గంటల దూరంలో ఉన్న బిస్వనాథ్ చారియాలి పట్టణంలో పెరిగింది.
