వృక్క ధమనులలో అడ్డంకి మూలంగా వాటిలోని రక్తప్రవాహం పాక్షికంగా గాని పుర్తిగా గాని ఆగిపోయి తద్వారా [[అధిక రక్తపోటు]] కలుగుతుంది. ఇది రక్తనాళాలలో కొవ్వు చేరడం మూలంగా సంభవిస్తుంది.
