రామచంద్ర ప్రసాద్ సింగ్
రామచంద్ర ప్రసాద్ సింగ్ (జననం 1958 జులై 6) భారతదేశానికి చెందిన రాజకీయ నాయకుడు, జనతాదళ్ (యునైటెడ్) జాతీయ అధ్యక్షుడు.[1] ఇతను 2010 నుండి బీహార్ రాష్ట్రనుండి రాజ్యసభ పార్లమెంటు సభ్యుడిగా ఉన్నాడు. ఇతను రాజకీయాల్లో చేరడానికి ముందు ఉత్తర్ ప్రదేశ్ కేడర్ ఐఎఎస్ అధికారి.[2][3]
2021 జులై 7న క్యాబినెట్ సమగ్రత జరిగినప్పుడు రెండవ మోడీ మంత్రిత్వ శాఖలో ఉక్కు మంత్రిత్వ శాఖకి కేంద్ర మంత్రిగా బాధ్యతలు స్వీకరించాడు.

According to JD(U) sources, the party wanted cabinet berths for former bureaucrat and Rajya Sabha member R C P Singh and newly-elected MP from Munger Rajiv Ranjan Singh alias Lalan Singh and MoS status for Purnea MP Santosh Kushwaha.R C P Singh is a Kurmi and also comes from Nitish Kumar's home district of Nalanda, Lalan is a Bhumihar and Santosh a Kushwaha. The party cannot afford to lose the goodwill of any other two castes by nominating only one minister. Thus it deemed it fit not to join the government at all, said a party leader.
