బళ్లారి శాసనసభ నియోజకవర్గం కర్ణాటక రాష్ట్రంలోని పూర్వ నియోజకవర్గాలలో ఒకటి. ఈ నియోజకవర్గం 2008లో నియోజకవర్గాల పునర్విభజనలో భాగంగా రద్దయింది. 2008లో డీలిమిటేషన్ తర్వాత ఈ నియోజకవర్గం బళ్లారి రూరల్ & బళ్లారి సిటీగా విభజించబడింది.[ 1]
