ఉలుబెరియా ఉత్తర శాసనసభ నియోజకవర్గం పశ్చిమ బెంగాల్ రాష్ట్రంలోని నియోజకవర్గాలలో ఒకటి. ఈ నియోజకవర్గం హౌరా జిల్లా, ఉలుబెరియా లోక్‌సభ నియోజకవర్గం పరిధిలోని ఏడు శాసనసభ నియోజకవర్గాల్లో ఒకటి. ఉలుబెరియా ఉత్తర నియోజకవర్గం పరిధిలో అమ్తా, భండార్‌గచ్ఛ, చంద్రపూర్, ఖర్దా, రాస్‌పూర్, సిరాజ్‌బతి, ఉడాంగ్ I, ఉడాంగ్ II గ్రామ పంచాయతీలు, అమ్తా I కమ్యూనిటీ డెవలప్‌మెంట్ బ్లాక్, ఉలుబెరియా II కమ్యూనిటీ డెవలప్‌మెంట్ బ్లాక్‌లోని బనిబాన్, బసుదేవ్‌పూర్, జోయర్‌గోరి, టెహట్టా కాంటాబెరియా I, టెహట్టా కాంటాబెరియా II & తులసిబీరియా గ్రామ పంచాయతీ ఉన్నాయి.[1]
