ఈశ్వర్య మీనన్ కుటుంబం కేరళలోని చెందమంగళం నుండి వచ్చింది, కానీ ఆమె తమిళనాడులోని ఈరోడ్‌లో పుట్టి పెరిగింది. ఆమె ఎస్.ఆర్.ఎమ్ ఇన్‌స్టిట్యూట్ ఆఫ్ సైన్స్ అండ్ టెక్నాలజీ నుండి ఇన్‌స్ట్రుమెంటేషన్ ఇంజనీరింగ్ పూర్తి చేసింది.

తమిళ సినిమా కాదలిల్ సోదప్పువదు ఎప్పడి సినిమాతో ఐశ్వర్య మీనన్ అరంగేట్రం చేసింది.[3] ఎమ్ ఎస్ రమేష్ దర్శకత్వం వహించిన దశావళ చిత్రంతో కన్నడ పరిశ్రమలో అక్షరగా పరిచయం అయింది. ఆమె జోగి ఫేమ్ ప్రేమ్ సరసన నటించింది.[4] ఈ చిత్రం 2013 అక్టోబరు 11న విడుదలైంది. ఇందులో మానసిక వికలాంగ బాలికగా ఆమె నటనకు మంచి ఆదరణ లభించింది.[5][6][7][8][9]
తన తదుపరి తమిళ చిత్రం ఆపిల్ పెన్నే.[10] ఈ చిత్రం తల్లి, కుమార్తె సంబంధంపై ఆధారపడింది, కుమార్తెగా ఐశ్వర్య మీనన్, ఆమె తల్లిగా రోజా నటించారు.[11][12] ఆమె తర్వాత కన్నడ హర్రర్ కామెడీ నమో బూతాత్మలో నటించింది.[13][14][15] ఫహద్ ఫాసిల్‌తో కలిసి నటించింది. తను మలయాళంలో రొమాన్స్ చిత్రం మాన్సూన్ మ్యాంగోస్‌లోతో అరంగేగ్రం చేసింది.[16] ఇందులో ఆమె "ప్రాక్టికల్, స్వతంత్ర యువతి" రేఖ పాత్రను పోషించింది.[16] ఆమె ఆ తర్వాత సి.ఎస్ అముధన్ తమిళ్ పదం 2 లోలో నటించి మెప్పించింది.[17]
