సంబంధం లేని మరియు ఆధారాలు లేని విషయాలు

• కొన్ని సంబంధం లేని విషయాలు తొలగించాను. మరికొన్నిటికి ఆధారాలు కోరాను. వ్యాసం కులాల మీద, అందువల్ల కులాల గురించి రాయాలి కానీ మిగిలిన విషయాలు అనవసరం. హిందు మతం కూడా వసుదైక కుటుంబం అని అంటుంది, కాని ఆ విషయం హిందు కుల వ్యవస్ధలో అనవసరం. అంతగా కావాలనుకుంటే ఆ విషయాలు అసలు విషయాలు రాసాక చివరలో రాయాలి. అంతేగాని ముందు వ్యాసంతో సంబందం లేని విషయాలు రాసి తర్వాత మరో మతంతో పోలికలు రాసి ఆ చివర రెండు మూడు చిన్న వాక్యాలు రాస్తే బాగుండదు.
  

మీరు ఇలా రాశారు: "మహమ్మద్ ప్రవక్త సర్వమానవ సమానత్వాన్ని ప్రబోధించారు. ప్రవక్త ఇలా చెప్పారు: "ప్రతి ముస్లిం వేరొక ముస్లింకు సోదరుడు. మీరందరూ సరి సమానులు" ఇక్కడ సర్వమానవ సమానత్వం అని అనకూడదు. ప్రతి ముస్లిం వేరొక ముస్లింకు సోదరుడు అని అంటే అందులో మిగిలిన మతాల వారు రాలేదు. ఇది సర్వముస్లిమ్ సమానత్వం అనాలేమో. సర్వమానవ సమానత్వం, వసుధైక కుటుంబం వంటివి హిందూ ధర్మం చెప్పింది. ఇస్లాం చెప్పలేదు. --శశికాంత్ 06:56, 17 ఆగష్టు 2010 (UTC)

• ఈ వ్యాసం శీర్షిక "ముస్లింల కులవ్యవస్థ" లోపల ఉన్న విషయానికి దాదాపు వ్యతిరేక అర్ధం వచ్చేలా ఉంది. (ఇప్పటికి) వ్యాసంలో ఎక్కువ విషయం కూడా లేదు. ఇందులో విషయాన్ని 'ఇస్లాం' ఆనే వ్యాసంలోనో, లేక 'ముస్లిం సమాజం' అనే క్రొత్త వ్యాసంలోనో ఉప భాగంగా ఉంచి ఈ వ్యాసాన్ని చెరిపేయడం మంచిదనుకొంటున్నాను. ఈ వ్యాసం వ్రాసినవారు తమ అంగీకారాన్ని తెలిపితే.

• వ్యాసంలో చివరి వాక్యం -- "కులవ్యవస్థ హిందు మతము నందు మాత్రమె అధికారికముగా మత గ్రందాల (మనుస్మృరుతి) ద్వరా గుర్తించబడినది." -- అన్న వాక్యం హిందూ మతం వంటి వ్యాసంలో ఉండడం సబబు కాని ఈ వ్యాసంలో ఉండనవసరం లేదు. అది అనవుసరంగా రెండు మతాల మధ్య పోలికలకు దారి తీస్తుంది. సమగ్రమైన అధ్యయనంతో, ఆధారాలతో ఋజువు చేస్తే తప్ప ఇలాంటి వ్యాఖ్యలకు పెద్ద విలువ ఉండదు.

మీరు మనుస్మృతి చదివితే తెలుస్తుంది మనుస్మృతి కులవ్యవస్థకి నిజంగా ఆమోదముద్ర వేసిందని. Telugu translation of Manu Smriti contains 600 pages. Any one can purchase it in market and more easily in Vijayawada market. You are denying the truth about relationship between manu smrithi and caste system.

• వ్యసములొ పేర్కొన్న కుల విభజన ఆంద్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వం రిజర్వేషను వర్తింపజెయడం కొరకు చెసిన విభజన. ఈ విభజనకు ఇస్లాం మత ప్రవచనాలకు మరియు మత గ్రందాలకు సంబందము లేదు . అల్లాగె ముస్లిములనందు ప్రపంచమునందలి ప్రతి భాష మాత్ర్రు భాష గా కలిగి ఉన్నరు. ఉర్దు మాటులడె ముస్లిములు ప్రపంచములొ కెవలం భారత్ మరియు పాకిస్తాను నందు మాత్రమె నివసించు చున్నారు, భాషా పరముగ లేద మరె పరముగ నైన వివక్ష చూపడము సరికాదు.

• మీరు సూచించిన విధంగ చివరి వాక్యము అనవసర పోలికలకు దారి తీస్తుంది కావున దీనిని తొలగించినాను.

• వ్యాసంలోని "తెలుగు మాట్లాడే ముస్లిముల కంటే ఉర్దూ మాట్లాడే ముస్లిములు అగ్రకులస్తులైనట్లు భావిస్తారు." అన్న వాక్యము అనవసర వివక్షలకు దారి తీస్తుంది . సమగ్రమైన అధ్యయనంతో, ఆధారాలతో ఋజువు చేస్తే తప్ప ఇలాంటి వ్యాఖ్యలకు పెద్ద విలువ ఉండదు.

• ఇస్లాం మతము నందు కులవ్యవస్థ లేదు, ఇది కేవలం కొందరు వారి స్వప్రయొజనాల కొరకు ముస్లిం సమాజము నందు ప్రవేశ పెట్టడానికి ప్రయత్నాలు సాగిస్తునారు, కులవ్యవస్థ మీద ఇస్లాం మతం యొక్క ధ్రుక్పదాన్ని ఇస్లామిక్ గ్రంధాల మరియు హదీసుల ద్వార తెలియ జేయడానికి, ఈ వ్యాసాన్నీ ఇస్లాం వర్గము నందు ఉంచడమె సరైనది గా భావిస్తున్నను, సభ్యులు తమ అభిప్రాయన్ని తెలుపగలరు.

• Islam not only recognizes absolute equality between men irrespective of any distinction of colour, race or nationality, but makes it an important and significant principle, a reality. The Almighty God has laid down in the Holy Quran: "O mankind, we have created you from a male and female." In other words all human beings are brothers to one another. They all are the descendants from one father and one mother. "And we set you up as nations and tribes so that you may be able to recognize each other" (49:13). This means that the division of human beings into nations, races, groups and tribes is for the sake of distinction, so that people of one race or tribe may meet and be acquainted with the people belonging to another race or tribe and cooperate with one another. This division of the human race is neither meant for one nation to take pride in its superiority over others nor is it meant for one nation to treat another with contempt or disgrace, or regard them as a mean and degraded race and usurp their rights. "Indeed, the noblest among you before God are the most heedful of you" (49:13). In other words the superiority of one man over another is only on the basis of God-consciousness, purity of character and high morals, and not on the basis of colour, race, language or nationality, and even this superiority based on piety and pure conduct does not justify that such people should play lord or assume airs of superiority over other human beings. Assuming airs of superiority is in itself a reprehensible vice which no God-fearing and pious man can ever dream of perpetrating. Nor does the righteous have more privileged rights over others, because this runs counter to human equality, which has been laid down in the beginning of this verse as a general principle. From the moral point of view, goodness and virtue is in all cases better than vice and evil.

If you visit a village where lower caste muslims live, you can understand easily about contradiction. A cotton carder (doodekula) muslim may not speak urdu. But merchant class muslims living in towns speak urdu. Majority of the muslims who live in rural areas are converts from hinduism. Urban merchant class muslims are migrants from Persia and Arabia. Spoken urdu contains around 40% persian and arabic words and rest are sanskrit\prakrit and dravidian words. It is ridiculous to think that all the illiterate or low educated cotton carders can speak persian and arabic influenced urdu language that is mostly spoken by urban merchant class muslims.

ఇక మనుస్మృతి గురించి పైన ఐపీ అడ్రస్ ద్వారా జహీర్ గారు చేసిన వ్యాఖ్యతో సమర్థించడం సమ్మతం కాదు. మనుస్మృతికి భారతదేశంలోని చాలాభాగాల్లో పాటింపు లేదు. మన తెలుగువారి వరకే తీసుకుంటే మన సమాజం పూర్వం నుంచి పరంపరానుగతంగా పాటిస్తూ వచ్చింది యాజ్ఞయవల్క్య స్మృతి, ఆపస్తంభ గృహ్యసూత్రాలు. మన పూర్వసమాజం పాటిస్తున్న కులవ్యవస్థకు మతం కన్నా సామాజిక స్థితిగతుల్లోనే బలం ఎక్కువ అందుకే వైష్ణవాచార్యులైన రామానుజాచార్యులు కులం లేని వైష్ణవాన్ని స్థాపించే ప్రయత్నం చేస్తే చివరకు శ్రీవైష్ణవ, సాతాని వైష్ణవ కులాలు ఫలంగా దక్కాయి. శైవమతాన్ని సామాజిక ఉద్యమంగా మలిచిన బసవేశ్వరుడు వంటివారు కూడా వీరశైవాన్ని కులరహితంగా తయారుచేసే ప్రయత్నం చేయగా కులాలను తయారుచేసినట్టయింది.--పవన్ సంతోష్ (చర్చ) 06:56, 23 మార్చి 2014 (UTC)

ఆధారాలు కోరిన అంశాలు

ఈ వ్యాసంలో ఆధారాలు కోరిన అంశాలు అనేకం ఉన్నప్పటికీ ఇప్పటివరకూ ఏ విధమైన ఆధారాలు దొరికినట్లు లేవు. ఐతే అంబేద్కర్ ఇస్లాంలోని కులవ్యవస్థల గురించి ఇస్లాం మతగ్రంథాలను, భారతీయ సామాజిక వ్యవస్థను ఆధారం చేసుకుని చేసిన కొన్ని పరిశీలనలు నా వద్ద ఉన్నాయి. ఈ వ్యాసాన్ని దాని ఆధారంగా అభివృద్ధి చేయవచ్చా? --పవన్ సంతోష్ (చర్చ) 06:49, 23 మార్చి 2014 (UTC)
