కరోనా వైరస్ డిసీస్ 2019 లేదా కోవిడ్-19 ఒక అంటువ్యాధి. ఇది సివియర్ అక్యూట్ రెస్పిరేటరీ సిండ్రోం కరోనా వైరస్ 2 (SARS-CoV-2) అనే వైరస్ వల్ల కలుగుతుంది. దీన్ని మొట్టమొదటగా చైనాలోని వుహాన్ లో 2019 లో గుర్తించారు.[1]
