హెచ్ సి దాసప్ప కర్ణాటక రాష్ట్రానికి చెందిన భారతీయ రాజకీయ నాయకుడు. హెచ్ సి దాసప్ప బెంగళూరు పార్లమెంటు నియోజకవర్గం నుండి రెండుసార్లు ఎంపీగా గెలిచి లోక్ సభ కు ఎన్నికై కేంద్ర మంత్రిగా పనిచేశారు .
