ఔటర్ రింగు రోడ్డు, హైదరాబాద్
ఔటర్ రింగ్ రోడ్ (నెహ్రూ వెలి చుట్టు బాట) తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర రాజధాని హైదరాబాద్ చుట్టూ 8 వరుసలతో 158 కిలోమీటర్ల మేర నిర్మించిన రహదారి. ఈ వెలి చుట్టు బాట హైదరాబాద్ మహానగర పాలక సంస్థ ద్వారా రూ. 6,696 కోట్ల వ్యయంతో నిర్మించబడింది.[1] జపాన్ అంతర్జాతీయ సహకార సంస్థ (జపాన్ ఇంటర్నేషనల్ కోఆపరేషన్ ఏజెన్సీ) రూ. 3.123 కోట్లు సహాయం చేసింది.[2] గంటకు 100 కిలోమీటర్ల వేగంతో వాహనాలు వెళ్లేలా ఈ రహదారి రూపొందించబడింది.[3] ఈ రహదారిలోని పెద్ద భాగం అనగా 124 కిలోమీటర్ల మేర హైటెక్ సిటీ, నానక్ రాం గూడా, రాజీవ్ గాంధీ అంతర్జాతీయ విమానాశ్రయం, ఐకెపి నాలెడ్జ్ పార్క్, హార్డ్వేర్ పార్క్, తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర పోలీసు అకాడమీ, సింగపూర్ ఫైనాన్షియల్ జిల్లా, గేమ్స్ గ్రామముల మీదుగా వెళుతుంది. ఇది 2012 డిసెంబరులో ప్రారంభించబడింది.[4]

వెలి చుట్టు బాట 44, 65, 161, 163, 765 మొదలైన జాతీయ రహదారులను కలుపుతుంది. దీనివల్ల నిజామాబాద్, ఆదిలాబాద్ వంటి నగరాలనుండి జాతీయ రహదారి 44 ద్వారా రాజీవ్ గాంధీ అంతర్జాతీయ విమానాశ్రయానికి ప్రయాణించే సమయం తగ్గుతుంది.[5]
