విశాఖపట్నం-II శాసనసభ నియోజకవర్గం భారతదేశంలోని ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ శాసనసభకు ప్రజాప్రతినిధులను ఎన్నుకున్నపూర్వ శాసనసభ నియోజకవర్గం. ఈ నియోజకవర్గం నియోజకవర్గం డీలిమిటేషన్ ఆర్డర్స్ (1967) ప్రకారం 1967లో ఏర్పాటై[1], డీలిమిటేషన్ ఆర్డర్స్ (2008) ప్రకారం 2008లో రద్దు చేయబడింది.
