Call for feedback: WMF Community Board seats & Office hours tomorrow

(sorry for posting in English)

Dear Wikimedians,

The Wikimedia Foundation Board of Trustees is organizing a call for feedback about community selection processes between February 1 and March 14. Below you will find the problem statement and various ideas from the Board to address it. We are offering multiple channels for questions and feedback. With the help of a team of community facilitators, we are organizing multiple conversations with multiple groups in multiple languages.

During this call for feedback we publish weekly reports and we draft the final report that will be delivered to the Board. With the help of this report, the Board will approve the next steps to organize the selection of six community seats in the upcoming months. Three of these seats are due for renewal and three are new, recently approved.

Participate in this call for feedback and help us form a more diverse and better performing Board of Trustees!

Problems: While the Wikimedia Foundation and the movement have grown about five times in the past ten years, the Board’s structure and processes have remained basically the same. As the Board is designed today, we have a problem of capacity, performance, and lack of representation of the movement’s diversity. This problem was identified in the Board’s 2019 governance review, along with recommendations for how to address it.

To solve the problem of capacity, we have agreed to increase the Board size to a maximum of 16 trustees (it was 10). Regarding performance and diversity, we have approved criteria to evaluate new Board candidates. What is missing is a process to promote community candidates that represent the diversity of our movement and have the skills and experience to perform well on the Board of a complex global organization.

Our current processes to select individual volunteer and affiliate seats have some limitations. Direct elections tend to favor candidates from the leading language communities, regardless of how relevant their skills and experience might be in serving as a Board member, or contributing to the ability of the Board to perform its specific responsibilities. It is also a fact that the current processes have favored volunteers from North America and Western Europe. Meanwhile, our movement has grown larger and more complex, our technical and strategic needs have increased, and we have new and more difficult policy challenges around the globe. As well, our Movement Strategy recommendations urge us to increase our diversity and promote perspectives from other regions and other social backgrounds.

In the upcoming months, we need to renew three community seats and appoint three more community members in the new seats. What process can we all design to promote and choose candidates that represent our movement and are prepared with the experience, skills, and insight to perform as trustees?

Ideas: The Board has discussed several ideas to overcome the problems mentioned above. Some of these ideas could be taken and combined, and some discarded. Other ideas coming from the call for feedback could be considered as well. The ideas are:

• Ranked voting system. Complete the move to a single transferable vote system, already used to appoint affiliate-selected seats, which is designed to best capture voters’ preferences.
• Quotas. Explore the possibility of introducing quotas to ensure certain types of diversity in the Board (details about these quotas to be discussed in this call for feedback).
• Call for types of skills and experiences. When the Board makes a new call for candidates, they would specify types of skills and experiences especially sought.
• Vetting of candidates. Potential candidates would be assessed using the Trustee Evaluation Form and would be confirmed or not as eligible candidates.
• Board-delegated selection committee. The community would nominate candidates that this committee would assess and rank using the Trustee Evaluation Form. This committee would have community elected members and Board appointed members.
• Community-elected selection committee. The community would directly elect the committee members. The committee would assess and rank candidates using the Trustee Evaluation Form.
• Election of confirmed candidates. The community would vote for community nominated candidates that have been assessed and ranked using the Trustee Evaluation Form. The Board would appoint the most voted candidates.
• Direct appointment of confirmed candidates. After the selection committee produces a ranked list of community nominated candidates, the Board would appoint the top-ranked candidates directly.

Call for feedback: The call for feedback runs from February 1 until the end of March 14. We are looking for a broad representation of opinions. We are interested in the reasoning and the feelings behind your opinions. In a conversation like this one, details are important. We want to support good conversations where everyone can share and learn from others. We want to hear from those who understand Wikimedia governance well and are already active in movement conversations. We also want to hear from people who do not usually contribute to discussions. Especially those who are active in their own roles, topics, languages or regions, but usually not in, say, a call for feedback on Meta.

You can participate by joining the Telegram chat group, and giving feedback on any of the talk pages on Meta-Wiki. We are welcoming the organisation of conversations in any language and in any channel. If you want us to organize a conversation or a meeting for your wiki project or your affiliate, please write to me. I will also reach out to communities and affiliates to soon have focused group discussions.

Research Needs Assessment for Indian Language Wikimedia (ILW) Projects

Dear All,

The Access to Knowledge (A2K) team at CIS has been engaged with work on research on Indian language Wikimedia projects as part of the APG since 2019. This year, following up on our learnings from work so far, we are undertaking a needs assessment exercise to understand a) the awareness about research within Indian language Wikimedia communities, and identify existing projects if any, and b) to gather community inputs on knowledge gaps and priority areas of focus and the role of research in addressing the same.

Hello User:Jayantanth and వాడుకరి:Titodutta! I checked this form. But, I believe conducting some separate sessions for interested Wikipedia language communities or IRC for whole Indian community would be better idea (these sessions should be lead by A2K employees who are seriously involved in research). There is a dire need to explain what are the different researches that are came out of global Wikimedia movement and how they helped various projects, before going into needs assessment with each of these groups because of lack of knowledge about how research helps. I believe A2K team would take some real useful efforts in this regard. When Wikimedia Foundation's board can go and tap every Wikimedia project separately and get their feedback perfectly, I don't think anything would stop A2K to do the same (as A2K has comparatively less number of communities to consult upon.) Thanks for the observations and suggestions Pavan. I agree on the need for more awareness among Indian language communities about research. This exercise is a preliminary effort to gather data needed to shape such an outreach strategy, to understand where the communities are at present with respect to research, and if there are existing efforts in this area that we are unaware of. We also did not want to pre-empt (or pre-determine) any responses from communities by sharing in detail the research that has been conducted, and in terms of presuming relevance or interest in the Indian context. We hope to therefore use these observations to inform the next stages of work in consulting and engaging with the communities, definitely through other modes as suggested. Cleaning up files on te.wiki

Hello everyone and sorry that this message is in English.

I'm from Denmark and I like to work on files. I'm an admin on Commons but help check files on wikis all over the world. Some years ago I was an admin on many wikis but I found out that involving local users is probably much better than to try to clean up myself.

All wikis have to follow "the constitution of wikis" and for files the requirement is that they must meet wmf:Resolution:Licensing_policy and that means all files must meet either 1 or 2 below (short version):

1. All projects are expected to host only content which is under a Free Content License.
2. In addition, with the exception of Wikimedia Commons, each project community may develop and adopt an EDP.

I do not understand the language here but as far as I can see there are usable categories like వర్గం:Wikipedia free files and వర్గం:Wikipedia non-free files.

But I need local users to help check that all files are sorted in the right categories.

Sorting the files is a good start but it has to be checked that all the files meet the requirements. For example it is generally not allowed to have fair use photos of living persons. And having a free license on a file is not enough - we also need a source.

Also మీడియావికీ:Licenses and మీడియావికీ:Licenses/te-ownwork should be updated to include the latest versions of the creative commons licenses. That is 4.0. And GFDL is not a good license and it should not be allowed to upload files licensed GFDL. It should either be removed or be used in combination with another license like cc-by-4.0 for example. PD-self is not an actual license but a license invented by users on Wikipedia years ago when there was nothing better. It could be replaced by "self|Cc-zero".

But actually there is no reason to upload free files on te.wiki. They should be uploaded to Commons so all wikis can use them.

If free files are checked and found okay they can be moved to Commons with 2 clicks. See mw:Help:Extension:FileImporter how it works. I created the configuration file yesterday so from now on you will see a new tab on all files saying something like "Export to Wikimedia Commons".

Some tasks can be done by a bot. So local bot users are very welcome to help. I have a bot and can fix things but it is easier when you understand the language.

Admins have an important role in cleaning up. Because all files that does not meet the requirements have to be deleted. Only admins can delete the files. And once a good file is moved to Commons it would be good to have the local file deleted because that way we make sure that no other user will click on it to check it (again).

@MGA73, Thank you for your message and updates for file maintenance. Several years ago, I worked on maintaining files on tewiki. We have adopted file upload wizard from enwiki. As per it's usage, users are encouraged to upload to Commons, if they are uploading free files. However if the usage is just limited to tewiki, like screenshots showing problem on tewiki, they may upload locally.

I have updated మీడియావికీ:Licenses and మీడియావికీ:Licenses/te-ownwork based on your suggestions and synced up with enwiki. Telugu wikipedia community has not grown much till now. So there are very few admins looking into maintaining files. I hope that your message encourages our admins to focus on file maintainance in future.--అర్జున (చర్చ) 11:41, 11 ఫిబ్రవరి 2021 (UTC)

Hi అర్జున! And thank you for the reply. I have one question about the licenses you updated. There is a dot for GFDL and cc-by-sa-4.0 but it looks like cc-by-sa-4.0 is not included in the license part. You need to change to "సొంత కృతి|cc-by-sa-4.0|GFDL|migration=not-eligible|సొంత కృతి, (GFDL, క్రియేటీవ్ కామన్సు cc-by-sa-4.0తో)".

Files are also welcome on Commons even if they are only used on Telugu wikipedia. So if anyone would like to move files to Commons they are welcome to do so as long as the files have a free license.

Files in వర్గం:All Wikipedia files with the same name on Wikimedia Commons and వర్గం:All Wikipedia files with a different name on Wikimedia Commons can be deleted if it is checked that the file has been transferred correctly to Commons. --MGA73 (చర్చ) 14:42, 11 ఫిబ్రవరి 2021 (UTC)

Hello again! I would like to suggest 2 good pages to check:

1. ప్రత్యేక:వర్గీకరించనిఫైళ్లు - a page with files that have no categories. If files have no categories the probably do not have a valid license. So they should be checked and if uploader do not add a valid source, author and license then the files should be deleted.
2. ప్రత్యేక:వాడనిఫైళ్లు - a page with files that is not in use. If the file is non-free it should be deleted if it is not in use or added to an article. If the file is free but not in use then perhaps it is no longer needed and can be deleted. If it is still usable then it could be moved to Commons.

Thank you అర్జున. I reply here in hope that more users will see it. In the perfect world everyone cleaned up own files. But not all understand copyright and some users are no longer active. Just like reverting vandalism it is something all active users can help do so is cleaning up files. All users can help monitor files and ask uploader for missing information. All users can nominate bad files for deletion. But only admins can delete the files. So I think it would be good if you can work on ALL files and not just the files of those that ask you for help.

Bad files (copyvio) is a risk for Wikipedia so it is important to do something about it. The best is to monitor all new uploads and tell uploaders if there are any problems before they upload more files. But all old files have to be checked too.

I made a list here of files that are not in Category:All free media‎ or Category:అన్నిరకాల_ఉచితం_కాని_దస్త్రాలు. I suggest to start with those files. Fix the license template like with this diff Special:Diff/3160619 (add {{Free media}} to the license template). Once all (or most) license templates are fixed perhaps you can "poke" the files if they do not update? (I use touch.py to poke the files. You could run it at "-start:File:!" to update all files.). Then perhaps send a message to all users that have uploaded files with no license to help check (if possible both a message and a list of the files)? --MGA73 (చర్చ) 06:06, 29 మార్చి 2021 (UTC)

I mostly work on free files but on en:Wikipedia:Non-free content they say that fair use does generally not apply for living people because it would in most cases be possible for someone to take a picture of that person. రాత్రి 10 తరువాత వికీ రచనలో సాంకేతిక సమస్య

గత కొద్దిరోజులుగా రాత్రి 10 తరువాత వికీ రచనలో సాంకేతిక సమస్య వస్తూ, ఎడిటింగ్ చేయడం కష్టంగా ఉంటోంది. ఎడిట్ చేసి, ప్రచురించు బటన్ నొక్కినపుడు could not load twinkleoptions.js అని చూపిస్తోంది. అప్పుడు ఆలస్యంగా సేవ్ అవ్వడమేకాకుండా, ఒక్కోసారి చాలాసేపటి తరువాత Wikimedia Error అని వస్తోంది. దాంతో మునుపటి పేజీకి వెళ్ళి, మళ్ళీ సేవ్ చేయాల్సోస్తోంది. ఇలా ఎందుకు అవుతుందో..? ఇది నాకు మాత్రమే వస్తోందా, ఇతరులకు కూడా వస్తోందా..?. సహ సభ్యులు స్పందించగలరు.-- ప్రణయ్‌రాజ్ వంగరి (చర్చ|రచనలు) 13:17, 8 ఫిబ్రవరి 2021 (UTC)

బీబీసీ ఇండియన్ స్పోర్ట్స్ వుమన్ ఆఫ్ ది ఇయర్ ఎడిటథాన్ అన్నది బీబీసీ సంస్థ, బహుభాషల వికీపీడియాల్లో, పలు జర్నలిజం కళాశాలలతో భాగస్వామ్యంతో నిర్వహిస్తున్న ఒక ఎడిటథాన్. బీబీసీ వారు గత ఏడాది కూడా ఇండియన్ స్పోర్ట్స్ వుమన్ ఆఫ్ ది ఇయర్ పేరిట ఒక పోల్ నిర్వహించి, భారతీయ క్రీడాకారిణుల నుంచి పీ.వీ.సింధుని ఎంపిక చేసి పురస్కారాన్ని ఆమెకు అందించారు. ఐతే, 50 మంది ఉత్తమ ప్రతిభాశాలురైన క్రీడాకారుణుల్ని షార్ట్ లిస్ట్ చేసి వారి నుంచి ఐదుగురిని పోల్ కోసం ఎంపిక చేసే క్రమంలో ఆ 50 మంది క్రీడాకారిణుల గురించి అంతర్జాలంలో, ముఖ్యంగా వికీపీడియాల్లో సరైన సమాచారం లేదని గ్రహించారు. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో వారి గురించి బీబీసీలో వచ్చిన కథనాలు, ఇతర సమాచారాన్ని వికీపీడియా వ్యాసాలుగా మలచి జర్నలిజం విద్యార్థులతో పలు భాషల్లోకి అనువదింపజేసి, దాన్ని తాము సరిదిద్ది, వికీపీడియన్ల సూచనలు స్వీకరించి తుదకు వికీపీడియాల్లో ప్రచురించాలన్నది వారి ఆలోచన. ఈ క్రమంలో వారు 50 వ్యాసాలను, 50 మంది జర్నలిజం విద్యార్థులతో రాయించారు. ఆ విద్యార్థులకు వికీపీడియా గురించి మౌలికమైన అవగాహన సదస్సు (ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో) నేను నిర్వహించాను. ఈరోజు రేపు వారు ఆ వ్యాసాలను తెలుగు వికీపీడియాలో ప్రచురిస్తారు.
వికీపీడియా రచన పట్ల అవగాహన ఉన్న ఆసక్తి గల తెలుగు వికీపీడియన్లు ముందుకువస్తే ఆ యాభైమందిలో పదేసి మందికి ఒక్కరు చొప్పున సహకరించడానికి ప్రయత్నించవచ్చు. తద్వారా కేవలం ఒక 50 వ్యాసాలు లభించడమే కాకుండా, కొందరు చక్కని వికీపీడియన్లను కూడా సానబెట్టే ప్రయత్నం చేయవచ్చు. ఈ విషయమై ఆసక్తికలవారు ఈ కిందనే తమ సంసిద్ధత వెల్లడించగలరు. అలాగే సూచనలు, సలహాలు ఉన్నా తెలియజేయగలరు. --పవన్ సంతోష్ (చర్చ) 15:15, 17 ఫిబ్రవరి 2021 (UTC)

[Small wiki toolkits] Bot workshop: 27 February

As part of the Small wiki toolkits (South Asia) initiative, we are happy to announce the second workshop of this year. The workshop will be on "bots", and we will be learning how to perform tasks on wiki by running automated scripts, about Pywikibot and how it can be used to help with repetitive processes and editing, and the Pywikibot community, learning resources and community venues. Please note that you do not need any technical experience to attend the workshop, only some experience contributing to Wikimedia projects is enough.

Proposal: Set two-letter project shortcuts as alias to project namespace globally

Please help translate to your language

Hello everyone,

I apologize for posting in English. I would like to inform everyone that I created a new global request for comment (GRFC) at Meta Wiki, which may affect your project: m:Requests for comment/Set short project namespace aliases by default globally.

In this GRFC, I propose that two-project shortcuts for project names will become a default alias for the project namespace. For instance, on all Wikipedias, WP will be an alias to the Wikipedia: namespace (and similar for other projects). Full list is available in the GRFC.

This is already the case for Wikivoyages, and many individual projects asked for this alias to be implemented. I believe this makes it easier to access the materials in the project namespace, as well as creating shortcuts like WP:NPOV, as well as helps new projects to use this feature, without having to figure out how to request site configuration changes first.

As far as I can see, వికీపీడియా currently does not have such an alias set. This means that such an alias will be set for you, if the GRFC is accepted by the global community.

I would like to ask all community members to participate in the request for comment at Meta-Wiki, see m:Requests for comment/Set short project namespace aliases by default globally.

Lua నైపుణ్యాలు తెవికీకి అవసరం

{{marriage}} వాడితే పార్సర్ దోషాలు కనబడ్డాయి. అది నేరు మూస అయినా దానిని అర్ధం చేసుకోవటం, మార్చటం కష్టమనిపించింది. దానికి ఒక Lua module చేసే ప్రయత్నం మొదలెట్టి, ప్రాథమికంగా పని చేసేటట్లు చేయగలిగాను. దానిని చాలా మెరుగుచేయవలసివుంది. అలాగే {{#invoke:WikidataIB|function}} లో Lua దోషాలున్నాయి. దానిని సరిచేయటానికి ఆంగ్లవికీనుండి సహాయం లభించలేదు. ఎందుకంటే దాని మూల కోడ్ కామన్స్ లో అభివృద్ధి చేశారు, దానిని ఆంగ్ల వికీలోవాడటానికి కొన్ని మార్పులు చేశారు. గత 10 సంవత్సరాలలో మూసలలో ఎక్కువ స్థాయి నైపుణ్యత, Lua లాంటి సాంకేతిక నైపుణ్యత సభ్యులలో పెరగలేదు. ముందు ముందు ఇలా కొనసాగితే తెలుగువికీపీడియా నాణ్యత దిగజారే ప్రమాదముంది. కావున తెవికీ నాణ్యత, అభివృద్ధి కోరుకునే సభ్యులు ఈ నైపుణ్యాల అభివృద్ధికి తగిన చర్యలు తీసుకొనవలసినదిగా విజ్ఞప్తి. --అర్జున (చర్చ) 06:18, 23 ఫిబ్రవరి 2021 (UTC)

సహాయం పేజీలు

వికీలో కొత్త్గగా చేరే వాడుకరులకు సుళువుగా ఉండేలా ఎన్వికీలో తయారు చేసిన సహాయం పేజీలను ఇక్కడికి దింపుకుని అనువదించాను. పని దాదాపు అయిపోయింది. కొన్ని లింకులను సరిచెయ్యడం, ఇంగ్లీషు బొమ్మల స్థానే తెలుగు బొమ్మలను చేర్చడం వంటి పనులు జరుగుతున్నాయి. ఈ పేజీలను ప్రతిపాదిత గ్రోత్ ఎక్స్పెరిమెంట్స్ ప్రాజెక్టులో వాడుతాము. గ్రోత్ ను స్థాపించాలంటే ఈ పేజీల్లో ఓ 20 వరకు ఉండడం తప్పనిసరి. నేను వీటితో బాటు మరో నలభై పేజీల దాకా అనువదించాను. కొత్త వాడుకరి స్వాగతం పేజీలో కూడా వీటిని చేర్చాలని నా ఉద్దేశం. ఈ పేజీలకు ప్రారంభ స్థానం సహాయం:పరిచయం. ఇక్కడి నుండి అన్ని పేజీలను చేరుకునే లింకులు ఉన్నాయి. ఈ పేఝీల్లో అక్షర దోషాలు చాలానే ఉండే అవకాశం ఉంది. వాడుకరులు ఈ పేజీలను పరిశీలించి అవసరమైన మార్పుచేర్పులు చెయ్యవలసినదిగా కోరుతున్నాను. __చదువరి (చర్చ • రచనలు) 09:15, 23 ఫిబ్రవరి 2021 (UTC)

వికీపీడియన్లకు పేజీలు

ప్రభాకర్ గౌడ్ గారు తెవికీ లో చాలాకాలంగా సేవలందిస్తున్న వాళ్ళ కృషిని గౌరవించి వాళ్ళ పేరు మీదుగా వరుస వ్యాసాలు (ఎల్లంకి భాస్కర్‌ నాయుడు, కటకం వెంకటరమణ, తుమ్మపూడి సుజాత, చెవల అర్జునరావు, సూరంపూడి పవన్‌సంతోష్‌) సృష్టించారు. ఈ వ్యాసాలకు విషయ ప్రాధాన్యత కోసం తెలుగు వెలుగు పత్రికలో వచ్చిన తెవికీ అక్షర సేనానులు అనే లింకును ఆధారంగా చూపారు. అది ఆయన దృష్టిలో సబబే. కానీ నా దృష్టిలో ఒక్క ప్రణయ్ రాజ్ ను మినహాయించి (ప్రపంచ రికార్డులు సృష్టించి శిఖరం ఎక్కాడు కాబట్టి!) మనలో ఎవ్వరికీ ఇంకా వికీలోకి ఎక్కేంత ప్రాముఖ్యం రాలేదని నా అభిప్రాయం. నా అభిప్రాయం తప్పయితే మన్నించండి. వ్యాసాలు సృష్టించిన ప్రభాకర్ గౌడ్ గారి కృషిని ఏ మాత్రం తక్కువ చేయకుండా చదువరి గారు, నేను, మాకు వికీకి ఎక్కేంత ప్రాముఖ్యత లేదని మా పేరు మీద ఉన్న వ్యాసాలు తొలగించుకున్నాం. మిగతా సభ్యులు కూడా ఈ వ్యాసాల గురించి ఆలోచించి, తగు చర్యలు తీసుకోండి. - రవిచంద్ర (చర్చ) 06:31, 24 ఫిబ్రవరి 2021 (UTC)

నా పేరిట పెట్టిన వ్యాసమూ తొలగించాను. మరో ముఖ్య సంగతి, వాడుకరి:ప్రభాకర్ గౌడ్ నోముల గారూ. వ్యక్తుల ఫోన్ నెంబర్లు, ఈమెయిల్ ఐడీలు వ్యాసాల్లో ఇవ్వడం సరికాదు. ఇక్కడ వ్యాసమే లేదు కాబట్టి నిర్వాహకులు మాత్రమే ఇక చూడగలరు. ఒకవేళ నిలబడిన వ్యాసంలో అయితే మనం కాంటాక్ట్ వివరాలు తొలగించినా ఆ పేజీ చరిత్రలో ప్రతీ ఒక్కరికీ అందుబాటులో ఉండిపోతాయి. అది కూడా గమనించండి. అట్లానే తెలుగు వెలుగుల్లో వికీపీడియన్లుగా గుర్తిస్తూ వచ్చిన వ్యాసం విషయ ప్రాముఖ్యతకు సరిపోదన్న సంగతిని ఇతరులతో ఏకీభవిస్తున్నాను. వికీపీడియన్లను రచయితలుగా వర్గీకరించి చూస్తే ఇప్పటికే రచయితలకు ఎలాంటి విషయ ప్రాముఖ్యత ఉండాలన్న విషయాన్ని వికీపీడియా:విషయ ప్రాముఖ్యత (రచయితలు)లో మనం నిర్ధారించుకుని ఉన్నాం. ఈ ప్రమాణాలను వర్తింపజేసి చూస్తే ప్రణయ్ రాజ్‌కి తప్పించి ఇతరులకు విషయ ప్రాముఖ్యత లేదు. అలా కాక విషయ ప్రాముఖ్యత స్వరలాసిక కట్టా శ్రీనివాస్, వీవెన్ వంటివారికి ఉన్నా అది తెవికీ వల్ల వచ్చింది కాదు, విడిగా వేర్వేరు రంగాల్లో వారికి లభించిన గుర్తింపు ఫలితంగా వచ్చింది. --పవన్ సంతోష్ (చర్చ) 16:34, 24 ఫిబ్రవరి 2021 (UTC)

ధన్యవాదాలు పవన్ సంతోష్ గారూ, ప్రణయ్ రాజ్ వ్యాసంలో అనేక వార్తా పత్రికల మూలాలు విషయ ప్రాముఖ్యతను నిర్ధారించేలా ఉన్నాయి. కానీ మిగతా వ్యాసాల్లో అలా లేవు. వాటి ప్రాముఖ్యతను నిర్ధారించే మూలాలు వెంటనే వెతికి చేర్చాలి. అపుడే అది ఫెయిర్ గా ఉంటుంది. బ్లాగులు, గూగుల్ గ్రూపుల్లాంటి మూలాలు సదరు వ్యాసాల నుంచి తొలగించడం మంచిది. రవిచంద్ర (చర్చ) 17:34, 25 ఫిబ్రవరి 2021 (UTC)
